Lovely late 18thC Antique Paris Porcelain fruit bowl - France. The bowl is unmarked. Possibly made by Clignancourt, Niderviller or similar. The bowl features lovely and delicate hand painted scattered floral decorations in style similar to sevres and popular during that era; gilded rim and accents. The bowl features lovely and delicate hand painted scattered floral decorations in style similar to sevres and popular during that era; gilded rim and accents. Condition: There is a chip on the foot (pictured). Also some wear to white glaze, numerous production imperfections, paint lines, firing imperfections. There are no cracks or repairs. There is age related and use related wear to decorations and gilt, use related marks/scratches (please see pictures), wear and scabs on the foot. Blemishes and production related imperfections. All imperfections correspond with its considerable age. Please see pictures for more details. Measures 9 1/8” wide and 3 5/8” H. The bowl is a wonderful example of early French porcelain.
