Like Neptune, this bottle is also Seaspray, but it has a rich, deep blue milky frit in it rather than the peacock and white frit the Neptune Helios has. As far as I know, very few of these Artist Proofs were made, I only know of 3. This bottle is in new condition and its etched Blenko 2025 and Artist Proof on the bottom.
