There are no flea bite chips along the inner rim or spout, and the interior is completely free of dark tea staining. There is some crazing consistent with age, visible clearly on the underside base and throughout the pink interior glaze. The crazing remains clean and unstained. The gold trim is largely intact and bright, though there is some expected cosmetic rubbing and thinning to the gold paint along the top peak of the handle. No structural cracks or chips on the body, spout, or original lid. The bottom is impressed with the authentic Sadler England stamp and features the hand-painted pattern number 2353 in gold.
