It is 6 x 3 x a tad under 1.5" in height back to front There is no hallmark and I have literally "crawled over/in" it with good magnifying glass. Native American Buckle AMERICAN EAGLE Sterling 6 x 3 in 14.45 troy oz Gold claws  -- Blue Eyes, Wings Spread and Ready to Pounce  This "American Eagle" has been lightly polished with Connoisseurs Silver Jewelry Polishing Cloth, it is all I ever use.  Only reason to polish was it was quite dark when my consignor purchased it.  It TESTS .925 Sterling (professionally tested) purchased in Southwestern United States. Eyes are in holes drilled through so light comes in from back.  I don't recognize the stone/gem.  WEIGHS 448.00 TROY GRAMS.  That is a whopping 14.28 TROY OUNCES of STERLING.   It is 6 x 3 x a tad under 1.5" in height back to front   There is no hallmark and I have literally "crawled over/in" it with good magnifying glass.   Obviously sold by creator or made special order and didn't sign. Fits 1.5 inch belt but it is a TIGHT fit.
