This vivid figural bird brooch features deep magenta enamel, teal and blue-purple wing panels, glittering rhinestone accents, and a dramatic mid-flight pose .  The brooch depicts an exotic bird, reminiscent of a bird-of-paradise or phoenix , in full dynamic flight with wings raised and tail feathers fanning outward. The body is richly enameled in fuchsia/magenta with raised gold-tone metal outlining that creates a cloisonne-like cell structure. The wings are layered in teal and blue-purple enamel, also outlined in gold tone. Pavé-set clear rhinestones accent the wing coverts, breast, and trailing tail feathers, and a single green rhinestone marks the eye. The bird's talons grip a textured gold-tone branch extension. Construction is a full cast gold-tone piece with a functional C-clasp and safety roll pin back. Measurements ~2" x 2" (wingspan to talon span) Condition Excellent vintage condition. All rhinestones are present and well-seated. Enamel is intact with no visible cracking, lifting, or loss. Gold-tone plating shows no visible wear or discoloration.
