Antique c1910 Girl Portrait Long Ringlet Curls White Dress Hair Bow 6x8 Photo Description Beautiful original antique mounted photograph featuring a young girl posed full-length in a photography studio, dating approximately to the early 1900s–1910s. The girl is wonderfully dressed in a white high-necked dress with layered sleeves and delicate decorative trim. Her long hair is arranged in particularly striking ringlet curls, accented by a large white hair bow. There are many charming period fashion details visible in this portrait. She wears a delicate necklace, striped stockings, and light-colored shoes decorated with bows. She stands beside an ornate studio chair with one hand resting on it, with a traditional painted backdrop completing the scene. The photograph is presented through a decorative oval opening in a large embossed photographer's mount, giving the portrait an especially attractive turn-of-the-century presentation. Overall mount measures approximately 6" x 8". No photographer, studio location or identification of the girl is visible.
