ULTRA MOD Fabulous vintage 60S / 70s mini dress by QUINCY PETITE - A division of GAY GIBSON featuring:   ♥ black, white & Yellow - geometric print bodice with solid black faux wrap style skirt ♥ V neckline with diagonal cross over bodice with non functional button/loop trim ♥ zips up back ♥ elasticized empire waist (seems to have lost some stretch) - mod twiggy design ♥ sleeveless - large yellow bow/tie at waistline ♥ Please Note: Very good preowned vintage condition - one small flaw - pinhead size fabric pull in skirt  (see last picture) - not really noticeable unless to you are looking for it.  Wide elastic waist band seems to have lost some stretch - I think at one time it may have been smaller but measures 13-14" fully stretched.  Would best fit a 25" to 27" empire waistline. No size tag, based on measurements, I'm guessing a modern XS to Small, but please be sure to check measurements listed below to ensure proper fit.
