Elastic is in very good shape with consistent bounce back. Good gently used condition, as described and seen above. Rise - 12". Inseam - 7". The item for sale is one gently used pair of vintage Dodger brand sweat shorts with a Duke Blue Devils logo on the left thigh.  Vintage men's size Large with an elasticized drawstring waistband.  Elastic is in very good shape with consistent bounce back.  Good gently used condition, as described and seen above.  Measurements are taken lying flat and are approximate: Waist - 13.25", unstretched, elasticized waistband with drawstring. Some sort of very slight discoloration at left hip area (see close-up photos, discoloration looks like a lighting issue but is actual slight change in color tone.
