This leaf shaped brooch features a retro mid century modern minimalist abstract yet organic design. In the early 1950s the Renoir company added a enameled copper line of jewelry called Matisse. On the back the brooch is marked (C) Matisse. The brooch is approximately 2 1/2" inches, the width at the widest point is approximately 2 1/8 of an inch at the widest points.
