The upper hutch features two prominent top cabinet doors opening to a dual-tiered storage bay. Tucked inside the left quadrant is a secondary white enameled storage box with a clear, sliding glass viewing pane. Below the cabinets sits a completely functional wood-slat tambour roll-top door that pulls down smoothly to conceal the lower hutch workspace. The base assembly features an expansive, pull-out white porcelain enamel workspace accented by a striking, decorative red-and-white marbled/spattered enamel front trim border. The lower base chassis is equipped with a wide stack of three utility drawers alongside a massive, single panel storage cupboard. The Internal Mechanisms & Accessories: This unit features a remarkably complete array of factory-original internal hardware: The Want List Door: The inside of the upper right cabinet door features a built-in, metal-framed "Hoosier Want List" graphic dial wheel under hooks for "Meat, Bills, Grocery". It includes a swinging wire "Cookbook Holder" gate system directly below it. The Flour Sifter: Behind the tambour door is a massive, top-loading white metal flour hopper and sifter mechanism equipped with its original front handle grip and dual-handled bottom crank-sifter wheel adorned with maroon turning knobs. The Carousel Spice Rack: Suspended directly next to the flour sifter is an original, under-cabinet mounted revolving metal carousel spice rack wheel painted in a contrasting deep brick red, fully loaded with six (6) ribbed clear glass spice jars capped with matching aluminum screw-top lids.
