This gorgeous set features a vibrant aqua/teal blue color decorated with intricately hand-painted metallic gold floral motifs, a gold gilt handle, and matching gold-rimmed detailing. The blue glass is clear and beautiful throughout with no chips, cracks, flea bites, or internal hard-water cloudiness.Gold Gilt & Paint: The hand-painted gold floral designs on the decanter and the four wine glasses are incredibly bright, solid, and exceptionally well-preserved.Wear Note: As is completely normal for authentic sets of this age, the very top of the saucer stopper shows noticeable gold gilt wear and fading from decades of handling (please see close-up photos).Markings: There are no factory stamps or logos on the smooth bottoms, which is typical for these hand-blown Romanian imports from the 1950s–1970s. You can see the smooth, polished pontil mark on the bottom center of the decanter bottle. Hand wash only with mild soap and warm water. Do not place these pieces in a dishwasher, as the heat and harsh detergents will permanently strip the delicate gold decorations. Condition: Used.
