This listing is offered by Street Dog Love, Inc. -- a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.  We are a registered charity in eBay's charity seller program.   Here are our policies: Because Street Dog Love is a volunteer-based organization, we ship only twice a week.  Please factor this into your purchasing decision.  If you are in a rush, it would probably be best if you purchase from another seller.  To reduce waste and keep our selling costs low, we reuse packaging materials, including mailers and plastic wrap.  We do not include any invoice or packing slip in your package.  We do include one of our business cards thanking you for your purchase.  Our prices are low and firm and almost always include   We are volunteer based and cannot respond to messages about reducing the price of an item.
