It is a hand-painted ceramic mold that was done in 1987.  It is a hobbyist piece that is very well painted.  It has a glossy finish.  It has cut-out eyes and an electrical plug-in cord that allows his eyes to glow bright orange.  It has the original orange light bulb and cord and is in working condition.  It measures 9" tall x 9" wide x 9" long.  It weighs 3 lb 1 oz.  It is in excellent condition with no visible chips, cracks, or damage.  There are two little chips on the bottom side of the mold.  they are not at all visible and do not detract in any way.  Please see the photos for specifics on the condition of this cute Halloween decoration.
