Acquired from a private estate collection, these modernist style statement earrings are incredibly unique and important for Taxco collectors. The undulating, elongated form is hand-fabricated from sterling silver sheet, evoking a triangular shield or pennant shape. The envelope flap is dotted with a brass round like a wax seal. Pierced stud post with ear backs. Stamped “TF Mexico 925” hallmark on back. 1.25” length and 0.7” width at widest point. These have a bold, striking presence but are comfortably mid-weight to wear.
