Her crossed high-heeled shoes complete the wonderfully exaggerated retro character. Even better, this is an ARTICULATED design. The teacher’s body is constructed in movable sections, giving the brooch dimension, movement and loads of personality when worn. The finish is especially attractive, combining softly brushed/satin gold-tone surfaces with bright polished gold-tone accents. Details including the glasses, book edges, legs and portions of the shoes catch the light beautifully against the softer matte areas. This piece is New Old Stock (NOS) and has never been worn.
