It depicts a kneeling man pouring water from a jug and may also appeal as an Aquarius zodiac design. The large silver-tone Roman chariot brooch features a highly detailed charioteer driving two galloping horses. Included in this lot: The circular Egyptian Revival scarab brooch is signed “K L 12K G.F. Textured gold-filled leaves alternate between the scarabs in a wreath-style arrangement. The silver-tone water bearer brooch is signed Metzke. It depicts a kneeling man pouring water from a jug and may also appeal as an Aquarius zodiac design. The large silver-tone Roman chariot brooch features a highly detailed charioteer driving two galloping horses. This piece has heavier, substantial construction and appears unsigned. The silver-tone hieroglyphic-style brooch is signed Urban Fetishes. It features a blackened designs with a birdlike figure at the top and a four-legged animal or mythical creature below. The gold-tone religious brooch features the Virgin Mary surrounded by flowers and foliage. The black oval center resembles a Miraculous Medal and includes the traditional devotional wording around the border. Condition: Preowned vintage condition with light surface wear, patina, finish variation, and minor discoloration consistent with age and previous use. The stones show natural variations in color and appearance. The chariot brooch is notably heavier and more solidly constructed than several of the smaller pieces.
