Woman's Small or Medium or men's small--I am a female and I wear a size medium and it fits me perfect.  Features adjustable velco sleeves with elastic too, inner elastic waist so when you fall in snow, it keeps snow out of under jacket, even has two snaps to secure it. snap and zipper front-- minor discoloration around snap bases but does not show once snap is snapped to top part.  Hidden snap front pockets,  Hood rolled up in collar and secured by velco when not using.  The colors are what I would consider popular in the 1990's--I googled shades of yellow and blueish purple and the closest color names were Chartreuse and Dark Sapphire.
