This item measures approx. 3/4" wide and no longer has the bail loop on top.  The words "Ex Indumentis" refer to "from the clothing", but she died in the 1400's,  so this is most likely a 3rd class cloth relic, not a piece of her clothing.This item is  vintage and has a lot of age and wear including discoloration, loss of silvertone  coating, and some ground-in dirt. Second class relics are something the saint owned like a Bible or a piece of clothing.  Third class are just "touch" relics. They are pieces of cloth that have been touched to a 1st or 2nd class relic and then cut up into tiny pieces and put into medals, holders, etc... It may have been a piece of cloth that was touched to the saint, touched their tomb, or  touched to anything they owned or wore.
