Birds perch on the branches and the bottom is handpainted with Flower detail. This  Vintage Handpainted Porcelain Japanese Collectors Plate  is in Excellent Condition!  Vibrant colors and beautiful detail.  Overall Color is a Yellow handpainted with Red and White Flowers with Green Leaves on Dark Brown Tree.
