It is from the holy land, and as the informational paper on the back says, it is made from olive wood from Bethlehem. The holy elements are pieces of rock and soil from the Mount of Olives and Garden of Gethsemane. There are a few flaws on the plaque, the photographs show a chip on the side of the last supper image, and a ship on one of the vine decorations near the top.
