THE FIRST IS A SNOWMAN WHICH STANDS 7 3/4" TALL. THE SECOND IS FOR AN ADORABLE SANTA KISSING MRS. SANTA. THE SANTA ONE IS 4 1/2" AT THE BASE AND THE SNOWMAN IS AROUND 3 1/2". I am not a collector.
