INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I charge as close to the true cost of domestic US postal rates as I can. I personally don’t ship anything outside of the US. I use eBay’s Global Shipping Program to do that and ship all International orders to eBay in Kentucky. I still only charge about the actual price to ship there.
