Lights up when plugged in and Santa does move some, but not sure if he is moving correctly. Put batteries in to test the music and it works. Missing the feather that goes in his writing hand. Also looks like there is actual pen mark on the paper. I’m not seeing any visible damage besides the pen mark. The top of the box is rough along with the plastic.
