Copyright 2011   This item is new and has never been displayed.  It has only been removed from the box to photograph and to inspect its condition. There may be some shelf wear on the box, but the shop is in original new condition. ***PLEASE NOTE: The condition described is what I believe it is based on my mother's buying habits. If there are any questions, please ask before buying or let me know so I can update it.  My mom was the expert and as I can no longer ask her for confirmation on each item, I've described to the best of my knowledge. ***REMINDER - There are many small pieces attached to most Lemax houses/shops and they can and sometimes do come off in shipping, no matter how well packed the piece is  - they were glued on by the manufacturer to start with, they can usually be easily be re-glued on by you should any of them come off.  This is standard with smaller pieces to ensure an entire building doesn't get broken should a small piece come off.
