See photos 7 thru 9. -1 Oval 2-Handled Small Celery/Relish Dish. 10 7/8" long x 5 1/8" wide (27.7 cm x 13 cm) by 1 3/8" tall (3.5 cm). See 20th photo. See 13th photo. See 12th photo. This 49 piece Hutschenreuther buffet set of antique china (the full inventory of all the pieces is below), decorated by Krautheim & Adelberg, has hand applied gold along the edges and has no chips or crazing (the gold band decoration is pattern No. 6306); however one of the deep well dinner plates (they are shaped like shallow rimmed soup bowls - for those guests who like a lot of gravy or sauce on their plate) has a tight hairline crack on the rim that is nearly indiscernible (this plate has no chip or damage to the rim other than the hairline crack - see 10th photo); the gold on a few of the pieces has some discoloration and a few scratches (the narrow ends of three of the platters have the most wear - see 17th photo), which you would expect to see on a set of china that is 114 years old, but nothing too unsightly. This set was made sometime between 1900-1910 (the backstamps on the underside of the dishes dates them to this time period); the porcelain dishes were made by Hutschenreuther and then decorated with the gold trim by the company of Krautheim & Adelberg (that is why there are two sets of marks on the underside of the dishes). Krautheim & Adelberg was founded in 1884 in Selb, Bavaria, Germany and run by brothers-in-law Christoph Krautheim and Richard Adelberg; originally they were only a decorating company and only began producing their own porcelain in 1912 (that is why I have dated this buffet set to before 1910). -24 Dinner plates approx. 9 3/4" diameter (24.7 cm) x 1 1/8" tall (2.8 cm). See 5th & 6th photos. -12 Dinner plates with a deeper center indention (well) for serving meats with juices/sauces or pastas, etc (these are not rimmed soup bowls, they are too shallow, they are simply for dishes that have a sauce or gravy). 9 3/4" diameter (24.8 cm) x 1 1/2" tall (4 cm). See photos 7 thru 9. -3 Small plates 7 13/16" diameter (20 cm). See 12th photo.  -1 Large Round Serving Platter 13" diameter (33 cm) x 1 7/8" tall (4.7 cm). See 13th photo. -2 Nesting Square Serving Bowls . The larger one is 8 7/8" square (22.5 cm) x 2 1/8" (5.4 cm) tall, while the smaller one is 7 3/4" (19.7 cm) square x 1 3/4" tall (4.4 cm). See 14th & 15th photos. -4 Nesting Oval Serving Platters. The largest platter is 19 1/8" x 12" (48.5 cm x 30.5 cm) by 1 7/8" tall (4.7 cm). The next platter is 15 7/8" x 10 1/8" (40.3 cm x 25.8 cm) by 1 1/2" tall (3.8 cm). Followed by a platter that is 14" x 9 1/8" (35.5cm x 23.2 cm) by 1 1/4" tall (3.2 cm). The smallest platter is 12" x 7 1/2" (30.5 cm x 19 cm) by 1 1/8" tall (2.8 cm). See photos 16 thru 19. -1 Covered Vegetable : Oval with Two Handles. 13" long (handle to handle) x 6 1/2" wide (33 cm x 16.5 cm), and 4 1/2" tall with cover on (11.4 cm). Holds 5 1/2 cups of liquid. See photos 21 & 22. -1 Oval 2-Handled Small Celery/Relish Dish. 10 7/8" long x 5 1/8" wide (27.7 cm x 13 cm) by 1 3/8" tall (3.5 cm). See 20th photo. -1 Gravy Boat with Attached Underplate. Underplate is 9 3/8" long x 5 1/8" wide (23.7 cm x 13 cm) by 3 1/2" tall (8.8 cm). It holds 1 1/2 cups or 12 fl. oz. of liquid.
