This Ambrotype is displayed in its ornate g utta-percha hard case with different molded designs on front and back.   The closed case measures 2-1/2" x 3".  There is some condition issues on the gold frame under the glass.   The case is in excellent condition for it's age; however, there is a tiny chip on the front top left corner.  There is a white spot on the front of the case that should be able to be removed.  Be sure to check back for more listings!
