The binding and back cover has a soft green fabric over the hard cardboard. The inside has seven pages (front & back) of card-stock frames. There are no photos included with this album. The top cover has minor wear and the colors of the flowers are fading. The corners have some slight wear. The binding and the back cover have multiple places where the soft white fabric is coming apart or fraying as shown in the photos. The pages inside are discolored due to age and use. Many of them have the paper coming away from the cardboard. The front cover page that says "Album" is torn in multiple places. The binding is still perfectly intact.
