The piece is hand painted and has gold accents of which some gold paint is rubbed down as is typical of these antique Staffordshire pieces. Approximately 5.25”. Flat bottom so it is designed to stands on its own on a desk, table, bureau, ect. No maker mark but believed to be German made. Lightly inscribed on backside looks to be #2553. Very Good Condition. Minor wear consistent with age. Light soiling, sticker residue and old age toning. See photos for greater details.
