This is a  vintage 1983 Hello Kitty red puffy vinyl wallet . It measures approx. 4 1/4" long x 3 1/2" wide when folded closed; it has tears on both sides of the coin pouch (see 6th photo), some stains inside the card holders (see 7th photo) and a sticker has been added to the front of the coin pouch.
