The bottom of the blow mold shows wear to the plastic see photo - 21 and 22.                  Empire NOEL Candle  Red and White Plastic Blow Mold. The plastic candle measures 12.5 inches long and 4 inches in diameter.  The bulb and the cord has been replaced. Marked Copyright 1970 Empire Plastics Corporation #1319. There is some chipping to the red paint that I have circled. On the top candle shows some light aging and wear to the coloring and to the plastic. The base of the candle blow mold shows some brown residue on the base. On the backside of the blow mold on the white side shows some discoloration and wear. See photo - 11 and 12. The bottom of the blow mold shows wear to the plastic see photo -  21 and 22.
