Marked Hong Kong between his legs.  There are several issues with the toy. Some of the issues include some wear to the coloring, some wear to the plastic, scratching, and some glue exposure. There is some fading to the paint on the face including a black ink mark, there is wear to the white stripe to represent his coat, and there is wear to his belt, and his buttons. There are two holes on the sides and two holes in the arms - I believe they are original to the toy. There is a raised piece of plastic on the hands. .
