B Corset with bust gussets, satin ribbon, silk ribbon and plastic boning. I have a Simplicity pattern #7215 that features a Civil War era chemise and corset. The pattern is from "The Fashion Historian" Martha McCain, and the package contains instructions and patterns for the following: A Chemise that is pullover with short sleeves, eyelet and lace edging. B Corset with bust gussets, satin ribbon, silk ribbon and plastic boning. C Corset with lining and boning tapes, Venice lace, satin ribbon and plastic boning. It is an adult size HH - this is a misses' sizes 6, 8, 10 and 12.  This is an uncut, factory folded pattern. The package has been taped to a 9" x 12” manila envelope - the front is taped to the front, and the back of the package is taped to the back of the envelope with the pattern inside for easier storage.
