Face Click images to enlarge Description ANTIQUE SPUN COTTON SANTA ORNAMENT AMAZING antique large Christmas ornament measuring 8-1/2" in size. Featuring a full figure Belsnickle Santa wearing a chenille accented, hooded long coat and original paper belt, Santa is made of fluffy cotton batting built onto sturdy wire - complete with a cotton wool beard that forms a point (love it!). Wearing spun cotton black boots, he has a wonderful molded, hand painted composition face with expressive blue eyes and tiny worry lines on his forehead. Condition is lovely with no staining, holes, or damage other than light usage wear - he retains his hanging string - color is very rich, holiday red with a hint of fading around the bottom edge.
