The round bowl features a beautiful floral Art Deco design with colorful hand-painted chrysanthemums and the gold lattice. There is on the bottom "Rising sun" Hand Painted Nippon. This mark is probably related to Noritake. This Antique Hand Painted Nippon 3-Feet Bowl is a vintage piece crafted in Japan during the early 20th century. The round bowl features a beautiful floral Art Deco design with colorful hand-painted chrysanthemums and the gold lattice. There is on the bottom "Rising sun" Hand Painted Nippon. This mark is probably related to Noritake. This mark however datable to the "Nippon" period 1890-1921. This bowl has about 5 inch diameter. It stands about 2 1/2 inches tall. It came from a local estate sale. Excellent vintage condition, no chips or cracks. But in buying vintage, you will find minor scratches, scuffs, different colored, patina or other 'evidence' of the items previous use.
