Made in sterling silver with a black leather strap. This exceptional piece features a total of 19 oval and butterfly conchos. There are 9 oval conchos (2-1/8" x 5-1/8") adorned with radiating sunburst repoussé detailing and scalloped edges set with vibrant natural turquoise cabochons, and are separated by 10 smaller butterfly conchos (1-1/4" x 1"). The larger statement buckle (2-5/8" x 2") is adorned with four bezel-set turquoise stones in organic freeform shapes, showcasing the rich matrix characteristic of high-quality natural turquoise. The silver throughout displays traditional repoussé detailing and scalloped edges. The reverse of the buckle bears a maker’s hallmark (“BY”), consistent with a signed Navajo silversmith.
