It is hand-signed and sealed by the celebrated artist Otake Chikuha (尾竹竹波) on the lower-right section. Mounted on a silk border fabric with bone roller ends (Jikusaki). 【About the Artist: Otake Chikuha】 1869–1936. A prominent Japanese Nihonga painter active from the Meiji to early Showa eras. He exhibited extensively at the Bunten and Teiten national exhibitions, winning multiple awards for his expressive and decorative Japanese style.
