The shoes are in excellent shape, no defects or cracks in the leather that I can see. A few small scuffs and dings here and there, but nothing out of the ordinary for used dress shoes. Purchased second-hand, cleaned and conditioned, and worn to exactly one job interview where I quickly realized I need a wider size… The shoes are in excellent shape, no defects or cracks in the leather that I can see. A few small scuffs and dings here and there, but nothing out of the ordinary for used dress shoes. The only really visible sign of wear is a scuff on the rear of the right shoe, as pictured. Most likely could be hidden with some decent polish. The shoes have definitely been worn a lot, and have been resoled in the past. At some point, Vibram rubber heels were installed. There is some mild wear on the outside of each heel, but not enough to affect walking (as far as I could tell with shoes that didn’t fit).
