This is a rare vintage Liberty Plastics Halloween Blow-Mold Jack-O'-Lantern Pumpkin Candy Pail.   This highly collectible mid-century trick-or-treat bucket features a distinct, charming jack-o'-lantern face with a wonderfully nostalgic sculpt unique to the classic California manufacturer.  Proudly made in the USA at their Gardena, California factory, this lightweight orange plastic bucket displays a beautifully molded shape and comes equipped with its original carrying strap securely attached.   Unlike more common vintage jack-o'-lantern buckets from brands like General Foam, Empire, or Union Products, Liberty Plastics is a highly sought-after, defunct brand among vintage Halloween collectors. It is easily recognized by its distinctively thick, flat black strap handle and deeply contoured crescent eyes. A retro-fabulous addition to any vintage Halloween collection!! It measures approximately 9 1/2 inches (9.5") wide and 8 1/2 inches (8.5") tall.   This item is in good to fair vintage condition .  The black paint on the eyes, nose, and mouth is mostly absent.  Showcasing a vibrant, classic deep orange hue with robust, uncracked structural integrity throughout.  The pail does exhibit moderate surface scuffing that properly reflects the authentic vintage character of the piece.  (See photos.  The scuffs and scratches are pointed out in the photos.)  The original carrying handle is fully intact.  There are visible manufacturing artifacts on this piece.  These are not damage from use or wear.  These imperfections have been on the piece since manufacturing.  (These are also pointed out in the photos.)  Please review the photos as they are the best representation of the condition of this item.  The condition of this item is reflected in the price.
