It is an "Early American Pressed Glass" piece by Westmoreland Glass Company, and the pattern is called "Atlanta" or 228. Another name for the pattern was "Star and Plume." It was produced from 1902 to 1910. It does have a hairline crack that goes from the stem of the dish up the side, but not all the way to the top.
