This substantial round medallion pendant features a gold-tone outer frame surrounding a dimensional, stone-like pewter-tone interior , giving the piece a fantastic Brutalist, archaeological, or Roman-inspired appearance. One side features carved, almost 3D-looking male figures believed to represent the Gemini Twins , while the reverse is beautifully inscribed in carved cursive lettering: GEMINI MAY 22 – JUNE 21 The sculptural figures and weathered finish give this pendant the look of an old mythological medallion or ancient talisman.
