Vintage Italian wooden music and jewelry box featuring decorative floral marquetry/inlay on the lid. 6.5" L x 4" W x 2.5" H Made in Italy and fitted with a wind-up Mira Spielwerke music box movement. The box plays the traditional Italian melody “Torna a Surriento” (“Come Back to Sorrento”). Features a high-gloss wood finish, floral inlaid lid, green flocked jewelry compartment, hinged lid, four decorative metal feet and original winding mechanism underneath. Bottom retains its original labels including “Made in Italy,” “Torna a Surriento” and Mira Spielwerke movement label. Pre-owned vintage condition with light scratches, surface wear and other signs of age/use. Interior also shows age-related wear. Please review all photographs closely for exact condition.
