This is a particularly nice group because it includes three distinctly different caliper/divider configurations, rather than three duplicates. INCLUDED TOOLS 1. Spring Outside Caliper / Outside Measuring Caliper Traditional rounded-leg machinist’s caliper with spring bow and threaded fine-adjustment mechanism. Designed for transferring or comparing outside dimensions such as shaft, stock, tubing and workpiece diameters. 2. Firm-Joint Divider / Transfer Caliper Compact flat-leg tool with substantial hexagonal pivot, one pointed leg and one curved/contact leg. This configuration was used for layout, transferring measurements and comparative shop work. 3.
