It is fitted with a red oak wooden body (Akagashi Dai / 赤樫台). Size Nominal blade width: approx. 65mm / 2.56 in Wooden body thickness: approx. 35.5mm / 1.40 in Please note that the stated 65mm refers to the nominal blade width. The actual cutting edge is approximately 6–10mm (0.24–0.39 in) narrower due to the grooves on both sides of the blade. Condition Pre-owned item. The blade has been approximately sharpened, and the wooden body has also been approximately adjusted. It is described as ready for use. There is a small hole on the lower end of the wooden body, as shown in the fourth photo.
