Featuring a crisp, molded and hand painted composition face, this big cutie sports white chenille accents on his red suit, long blue chenille legs, and cotton batting beard - his hands end in tiny brass bells and the striped pipe cleaner loop is original - love how his body is wrapped in pipe cleaner/chenille as well. Bearing the paper JAPAN label on back, he can be posed on a tree branch, hugging a wreath or in a variety holiday decorations - I've always had him riding a large reindeer. Condition is very nice with light age related display wear, but no damage - I've been collecting for over 50 years, and have only found one other of this size and design.
