Santa is approximately 9" tall x 6 1/2" wide x 3/8" thick while the elf is approximately 7 3/4" tall x 6 3/4" x 3/8" thick. The ladder is meant to be leaned against a wall or your tree. This is a classic piece of  nostalgic holiday decor  made by  ME Enterprises  (Duarte, CA), designated as Style #X-62, and is labeled on the ladder,  Made in Taiwan . The figures are constructed of  painted wood , providing a nice 3D effect when displayed.
