Originally there was this long blue strap made out of plastic that had ridges/grooves on it. When you pulled the strap out, it would cause the blue ball inside to rotate. N. Hollywood, Cal, Made in Hong Kong."  This was my toy when I was a little girl. I'm 53 now.   Condition: Used.
