Whiskers Rescue Inc.  This is a gorgeous, vintage,  rhinestone necklace. It measures 18 inches long and just over 1 inch at the widest points. The stones are not quite perfect but this is in very good pre-owned condition. We offer a free TNR voucher program to low income, NJ residents, to allow caretakers to spay/neuter the feral cats they feed. We provide free equipment rentals and training to anyone who wants to transition from feeding to becoming a caretaker. We rely heavily on ebay sales and jewelry donations to fund the program.  We fund 500-600 spay/neuter surgeries per year preventing thousands of homeless kittens from being born on our streets.
