SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY :  We use USPS  Mail shipping on an item, which includes insurance on the item you have purchased.  We are doing this for “our” protection, and it guarantees you tracking and insurance on the item (mostly those under $50.00).  If the item is damaged or broken in shipping, please contact your local post office for a refund on the item.  Since we insure all our shipments by the best shipping offered with insurance, we do not issue refunds on items damaged in shipping.  If you choose a different shipping method, refunds and returns WILL NOT be accepted.  (We reserve the right to change courier to provide the best shipping options for our buyers to receive their items timely and safely. Any shipment damaged, please send us a copy of the photos of the shipping label, each side of the package and the damaged item, which are the same photos required by the USPS office or any carrier for the insured item.
