This set of four (4) authentic Japanese Imari porcelain bowls dates to the prestigious Meiji Period (1868–1912). Each piece is hand-painted in the traditional Kinrande style, featuring a rich palette of underglaze cobalt blue, iron red, and brilliant gold gilt embellishments. Historical Markings: The base of each bowl features the blue square "Fuki Chosun" (冨貴長春) mark, a classic "Good Luck" seal meaning "Riches, Honors, and Everlasting Youth." This mark was reserved for high-quality export ware during the late 19th and early 20th centuries.  Design: Traditional scalloped "lobate" rim with intricate floral and geometric reserves. The interiors are densely decorated, a hallmark of fine Arita-ware craftsmanship. Dimensions: Approximately 6" diameter and 2" height (perfect for display or service).
