This is an OLD discontinued piece from Belleek Co. of Fermanagh, Ireland. The interior is textured/robbed like a sea shell. However, it could be used for candy, mints, trinkets, olives, etc. Light surface wear exists consistent with age and years of use. This is an OLD discontinued piece from Belleek Co. of Fermanagh, Ireland.  It contains their 3rd Black stamp that dates it from the time period of 1926-1946.  It features a scallop sea shell design and measures approximately 5 1/8 inches long and is about 4 3/8 inches wide.  The interior is textured/robbed like a sea shell.  According to online sources, it is a butter plate.  However, it could be used for candy, mints, trinkets, olives, etc.  Dish is in good vintage pre-owned condition.  There are no nicks, chips, cracks or repairs.  Light surface wear exists consistent with age and years of use.  Plate has a unique coloring that was hard to capture in a photograph.  Please review and enlarge all photos for additional details, views and measurements.
